The app

The HockeyForm app is provided under Apple's standard license agreement. Its technique scores are guidance, not measurements of any particular player.

HockeyForm Pro

The first 10 films are free. After that, filming needs HockeyForm Pro, a monthly subscription bought in the app through Apple. The price is shown in the app, in your own currency, before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews every month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the month; the next month is charged within 24 hours before the renewal. You can manage and cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.

Buying the HockeyForm Stand

The stand is sold by St John Parker, Nybrogatan 64, 114 41 Stockholm, Sweden. You order and pay at its checkout, run by Shopify, and see the shipping cost and delivery time there before you pay. Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK); in the EU the checkout shows your own currency. We ship to Sweden, the EU and Norway.

Delivery

Sweden: 3–5 business days. The EU and Norway: 5–10 business days. The checkout shows the time for your address before you pay.

Returns — 14 days to change your mind

You can change your mind and send the stand back within 14 days of receiving it — your right of withdrawal. Tell us first at hockey.hockeyform@gmail.com, then send it back. You pay for the return shipping. We refund what you paid, including the standard shipping to you, within 14 days of your message — as soon as the stand is back with us or you have shown that it is on its way.

You may examine the stand as you would in a shop: open it, set it up and check that your phone fits. But if it comes back used, dirty, scratched, damaged or without its carry bag, it has lost value, and we deduct that loss from your refund. If it can no longer be sold as new, the deduction can be the whole price.
